In-Home Consultation with Homeowner
In the first meeting, Randy Robinson will visit with you at your home to address your desired goals and assess any construction issues related to those improvements. A general scope of work will be developed through our meeting which will result in a discussion of the potential renovation budget. Proposal
Shortly following the home visit, Randy Robinson will schedule a follow up meeting to go over the conceptual budget that outlines the general scope of work.

Design/Build Agreement
Our agreement is divided into two phases so that you can visualize our concept for your remodeling prior to entering into a construction agreement.
Phase One – Design a Preliminary Floor Plan
We sign the Design Agreement to retain a design work and research (zoning, property setbacks, septic tank if required). A preliminary plan is developed and reviewed. At this stage, the engineer (if required) and key subcontractors are consulted for input on the preliminary design, as needed. Desired products are addressed and a preliminary budget is established. Introduce Production Team to Project
After all required permits are received the Production Team will prepare for construction. Subcontractors and suppliers are notified. A pre-construction meeting between homeowner construction team will take place at the project site. Construction begins after this meeting and the superintendent and project manager are available to the homeowner at all times throughout construction.

Final Stage of the Project
Finally as the project nears completion, a walk-through is conducted and a final checklist is completed with the home owner. Our company strives to complete the final phase of the project with zero deficiencies. We are committed to each and every client so that they may enjoy the process of remodeling their home.
